Maloware

Submitted by broxandval on Fri, 25/07/2008 - 08:32

Hi All
For those of you who we chat with via email please bear with us when I say normal services will be resumed as soon as possibe.
Whilst looking up Benaya Koi Tiles for our PRO Sandra it appears we inadvertantly picked up some Maloware(a nasty type of software that has written it'self into our PC's Security system and despite our IT guys best efforts refuses to be deleted)so until he has done a complete reinstal we are unable to send emails but can still recieve.

Our day

Submitted by broxandval on Tue, 22/07/2008 - 09:34

We'll folks things went a little pear shaped for us on sunday, first off the bags I had tested the day before and were alright , three decided to spring a leak ending up with us treble bagging six koi.
Then the Oxygen bottle (filled last year I may add) ran dry, we ended up using an airtec 40 with a length of hose(which I may add) worked better than any Bottle, we ended up with 15 koi and only 14 photo's and because we were now in a little bit of a flap we just couldn't see which was the extra koi.

Three days to go

Submitted by broxandval on Thu, 17/07/2008 - 23:21

Well it's only three more days to the off , tomorrow the building of the show site starts, we've been doing a little shopping for Tombola prizes (mostly stuff for the beach), we are now awaiting the photo's from our good friend Adz of our newbee koi.
All the koi that have been chosen for the show have photo's, but have asked Sandra if the instamatic camera's will be taken to the show just in case other of our section members who are showing forget any of theirs. (you never know).

Well it's only 10 more days to our annual show, and bar getting the show gear cleaned the koi picked and the final posters posted Val,I and Steve our friend, driver and helper, are all ready for the off.
Sadly three of our members have had to pull out of the show this year,so a number of us have a chance for a second Vat, at some stage within the next ten days our names will all be put in a hat and names will be called and the lucky three (out of the five)picked will get the second vat.
