Well our Birthdays have been and gone for this year and we have just been given our fifth Benaya Koi tile from two of our sections younger members Matt and Tash.
For those who haven't come across Benaya tiles before they are the most beautiful artists interpretation of Koi Carp.
They are unique and are all hand crafted each being hand painted and fired with complex and brilliantly colourful glazes and they can be discribed as works of art who have been imortalized in stone.
Four those who have come across them, then you will know what I am talking about, but for those of you who haven't as yet seen any, well then seeing is believing.
They appear not to have a website but can be found on the web, all though our own were all bought from local garden center's so check your own out you may be lucky in that they may stock them.
They are a must for anyone who collects Koi art so get out and check them out and you will see that we are not wrong in what we say .
